I have a Nintendo GamCube that has a red, white and yellow RCA cable. I want to connect it to my TV but its has outlets only for a red, green, and blue RCA cable. I have gotten it connected so I see the picture and hear the sound, yet the picture is Black and white. Is there a way to get it to be color?

If your TV does not have a composite video input (the yellow RCA plug) then check the owners manual. There is often a place in one of the menus to convert one of the component video RCA plugs into the one you need.

If you can't get the TV to change the video input you can get a converter (which are about $50 for the cheaper models), or possibly get another set of cables for the Game Cube.
