I need to unlock Samsung Galaxy S5 from Metro PCS so that it can be used on AT&T. Any help is much appreciated.

Yeah that is not a solution in this situation. I tried that and they are not willing to help. THe phone is not stolen or anything but they say they aren't able to, or will not help.

Did they gave you a reason? try calling again to get another agent? or find a local metro pcs store.

It was actually at the local store that they weren't able to help. The customer service phone number only directs me to a local store, there's no live person to speak with.

Have you tried the metro pcs device unlock app? I just used it on my Galaxy on5 and it unlocked right away.
