I press on reset and know i cant access my phone i dont remember my username and password to samsung galaxy S5 android can som

my phone has freeze so than it switch off then it gave me a message asking me to reset so I click on reset then its said erasing but when I tried to get in it tells me to put in the gmail address this device was registered with but I don't remember the username or password and the contact number that is on there is mine but I unable to view messages and I don't remember my backup email address or password because everything was on my phone can someone please help me
