I smashed my screen on my phone . I need to retrieve an unsaved text message from it . I have now put my sim card in a new phone . Is this possible to do . Fingers crossed

Maybe, see if it downloads again. If not, contact the carrier and check with them. Or get the screen fixed so you can use the old phone.
