Solved! I replace my color wheel now my screen is puple any help

i replace the color wheel on a samsung DLP HL-P4663 now the screen is purple and shadowy any help

consider you didnt put the wheel in straight (perfectly)

also consider the replacement wheel is generic and of inferior quality.

a very ugly possibility that i wouldnt want to hear..
you opened the televsion and broke the air tight seal, now all the special air is gone.

i would like to think you put the wheel in wrong or the new wheel will change color and get better over time.

have you held the two wheels side by side for comparison?

it must be the air (lol) i did not compair and the licklyhood is it is not perfectly seated

the problem has been resolved the color wheel was not a bearing wheel it was an air wheel so to make it compatable i needed to remove a jumper on the 810n panel but thank u for your input
