Solved! I reset my next book but it is still in a loop on the next book logo

I hard reset my next book but it is still in a loop saying netbook over and over

If you "Hard Reset" it, then it should have completely wiped the device of everything, which would (if the problem was software related) make the device work again.

However, if the problem is hardware related, then a reset won't help. You may need to have a tech look at it.
