i restored my acer netbook and it wont let me login how do i fix this problem

how won't it let you login? does it ask for a name and password? does the keyboard not work? what doesn't work, hard to give help fast when you don't give any real info.

well it lets me login but then it will go back to the login screen and it will keep doing that.

you put in the password and it says that it cant load up the startup screen but it will login on safemode
