I shut down my laptop during a factory reset and now it doesn't work. Help please!

I have an hp 2000 laptop and I was given the laptop so I made a new account, made it admin, then deleted the old main account. After this I went for a reset or reboot so it deleted all the files. This took too long so I shut down the laptop. After this everytime I sign in it says preparing Windows and it shows just a black screen. PLEASE HELP ME

Ok if you have a new pic put a empty disc inside it and burn a recovery file from pic then insert the DVD in your broken pic then load boot menu make sure you have a windows DVD then run the DVD it will work one time it will restart during restart put windows DVD in ant load boot menu change load hard drive to load DVD reinstall windows then change it back to hard drive next time you load it
