I think if you wish to fix the screen flickering or flashing of a creen just use simple method

Dear All

1. Go to the device manager and select driver adapter then chose Graphic 4000 after that udate it and choose Let me pickup and select Microsoft Basic Adapter (100%) work.

Because the Grapic 4000 is not fit with some laptops

If the laptop don't have HD 4000, will not be in the device manager.
