I took a picture yesterday and my sister showed it to a friend and my friend is trying to say that she took the picture how do I prove that I took it

The picture data should have the type of camera that took the picture if you look at the properties of it. And you would also have a timestamp on when you sent it to the person vs when they forwarded it.
