How did you go about making the transfer and how big was the file?

I also have the same problem. I made back up with built-in feature, but the folders appeared empty after restore. There where around 20 - 25 photos

Maybe the backup was to your SdCard. Maybe not but it's worth a look..

I used memory stkck for back up, but i am afraid these filees were not saved since they were hidden. Or they are encrypted and should need to be restored using different method
