I turn my phone o it turns itself off then on them on off untill battry dead

The starts to start then turns off then it starts turning on and off till battrie is dead. It never goes past boot screan. Sprint alteck one toutch fearce xl . The battrie cant be removed . And ive tried a factory reset .
