I turned on my brand new RCA 60" tv for the first time and only have sound no picture

help RCA 60" no picture but sound, should I return it or is there a fix?

Did you change to different input sources on the tv, ie, another input and did you try another video souce?

contact the manufacturer, or since it new, return it.
