Ok so I want a very cheap computer that will run minecraft with a decent frame rate. Used refurbished I dont care not new because I have a budget of 100$-150. I know you will say that will only buy you crap well I am not looking for a computer worth 1000$.

At that price there isn't one. Get about 300 more for a computer. I have seen people play minecraft on an ipad before but I've never seen one on a low powered android tablet.
