I want my phone numbers before i reset my phone

I reset my phone and lost some old numbers

There would really be no way to get them back off the phone itself. You can try checking your account with your carrier/service provider. It will give you the number called, or that have called you, and the dates and times, just not the names.

Unless, of course, you had the info synced with say a google account. Then you may be able to get them that way.
