It looks like the CLD1200 has a composite video output. That is your only option for connectivity because a new TV won't have an old analog tuner to connect it. What model of Hisense TV is it?

Your TV seems to have a shared component- composite video+audio input. Check the TV manual on how to connect it for composite video. You may have to set it to composite in the TV menu too.
