i want to convert my iphone 5 gsm to cdma . is it possible ? if so please let me know the procedure.

Not possible, it's like converting a car from gas to diesel, you need to change too many things to make it really feasible.

I should say, it's possible, but it's basically taking a CDMA iPhone, ripping out it's guts, taking your GSM phone and swapping the insides.
