I want to see videos stored on sd card. My Samsung galaxy tab 3 won't read the card

I have an sd card which has Ben recording on a ucam247 security camera. I now want to view the recordings on my galaxy Tab 3. However when I insert the card and then get a list of all the videos I am then unable to play them. How do I okay them?

Try installing a different video player, VLC may work to play the videos.

Hi, thanks, I rebooted it still videos stopping! It's driving me crazy! Tomorrow I'll call Rogers...what else can I do? Thanks
