My Hisense Smart . Tv all sudden has no pic and no sound Please help

Could be the TV, the DTV box, or the dish.
Does the TV work with another source? That will indicate if the TV is the problem.
Does the menu for the DTV box come up on the screen? That will tell you if the box is bad or there is a problem with the dish. You can check for satellite strength in the set up menu.
