i wipe the data but still it is showing no command. what to do?

i installed the update of new version but during installation it show error .when i tried to reboot the phone it started showing no commant . then i wiped the data (according to your method) but still it shows no command ! please help me

If you installed an 'update' that wasn't through the phone's "Settings" and then then "Update" option, it wasn't an 'update'. Which would mean you would to have rooted the device. If that is the case here, then nothing to reset it will work correctly until you unroot the device.

It was setting's update. And you said unroot the device, but i don't know how to unroot the device when it was shut down and while opening it it shows no command

The unrooting would only be needed if it was rooted. That would be needed if it was an a newer version of the OS but not through the phones updates are in settings.

How did you wipe the data? And are you referring to just the update data or wiping the whole device and starting over?
