Well..if you somehow wiped everything off, then what you're seeing is to be expected.

Somehow, you deleted the OS.
It has nothing to boot from.

I have no idea. All I know is that my computer is s windows 8.1.and it's a 64 something. I am planning to buy a new one if this one is unrepairable.thanks for your answer. it encouraged me.

Exactly what steps did you do to wipe everything off your PC?

install new windows and you should be fine
