No. Only "K" series intel processor must be overclocked. You cannot go to BIOS and overlcok in laptops as they have locked BIOS. The fan(s) inside laptop are made to cool the CPU at stock. Overclocking laptop CPUs is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. (In almost all cases, you can't). They're not intended to overclock. Everything will screw up and end in CPU/motherboard frying. Never do it.
