i5 3320m clock rate

I am using a it 3320m core, on the intel webpage it says up to 3.30 ghz, but all i am reaching is 3.07, is there a way i can boost it up to 3.30 (Or possibly exceeding the 3.30ghz limit without setting my laptop on fire??)

based clock it 2.6, 3.3 is turbo boost when only 1 core is active.
