Yes, the Vostro V13, 3300, 3400, 3500 and 3700 all have aluminum bodies. I kinda like em.

did u see the performance of Vostro 3300 lostandwandering? any comments beside the battery issue

i like the desigen of Vostro for portability but didnt see it is practise

however need opinion regarding mentioned below specs for Vostro 3400. it is aluminum not plastic with mentioned below secs. what you think, will fit for prgramminf need , V.C++ & Matlab
and relatively to Elite

i got promotion price for lenovo for 10% beside their saving , on 410T and 410Ts , what you think,
for whatever configuration i can customize, what you think ?
 
If i understood it right,you are asking about a good customization for Lenovo 410T right? if so then the stock config(core i5,320GB HDD,4GB RAM) suffices, if you meant something else then please clarify.
