i7-7700HQ + GTX 1070 or i7-8750H + GTX 1060

To specify my question:
I´m looking for a new laptop and can not decide between these options. What is more efficient or faster for gaming and photo editing? No 3D-modeling.

i7-7700HQ + GTX 1070 Max-Q
i7-7700HQ + GTX 1070 Mobile
i7-8750H + GTX 1060 Mobile

I´m open for new combinations as well.

For Gaming , are the games more CPU-intensive or GPU-Intensive ? if more CPU-Intensive go for the laptop with I7-8750H + GTX 1060 Mobile , If more GPU-intensive go for the laptop with I7-7700HQ + GTX 1070 Mobile

For Photo Editing , you'd usually want a lot of CPU power (Because it's more CPU-Intensive) go for the laptop with I7 8750H + GTX 1060 Mobile

Ok thank you for the nice explanation, if i understand right there is no ultimate answer/solution.
I will now just look for the I7 8750H + GTX 1060, because the editing is more important for me than gaming.
