i7 dell , 4 gages ram , laptop unbelivale slow

HI.
I recently bought a new laptop DeLL ( inspiron 15 3000 ) from friend,
the laptop is i7core , and windows 8 , 4 g ram ,
the proplem that laptop it takes 30 minutes to run on ???? ( what can i do
please can any body help
I wonder if there's anything
I can do to get this laptop running like it's supposed to run?

You could try a "Factory Reset" of the laptop which should remove any 'junk' left on it from the prior owner.

1. Go to "Control Panel" and then click on "Backup and Restore".
2. On this new screen, scroll down and click on "Recover system settings or your computer".
3. Next click on "Advanced recovery methods" and finally click "return your computer to factory condition".

Most likely it is your HDD.Download brand specific diagnostic tools and check if it is faulty.
