i7 windows 7 laptop

Looking for a great i7 laptop with window 7. Would consider 8 or 8.1 if its a better laptop. Cpu needs to be at least 2 ghz before boosts. Need it for recording and streaming pc,xbox one gameplay with my elgato hd60 capture device, school, some gaming on the road.

New laptops basically only comes with Windows 8.1. Only business laptops are sold with Windows 7 as an option.

What is your budget? Also are you looking for a dual core Core i7 CPU or a quad core Core i7 CPU?

Under $1000, prefer quad core. Dont want some insane gaming laptop. Just something with a fast i7 cpu.

It seems fine for your needs as long as playing games is not a priority; I don't believe streaming requires a dedicated GPU. The Intel HD 4600 graphics core is pretty decent considering it is integrated so don't expect it to play demanding games beyond 1366x768 resolution with low graphic settings. Games that are not demanding at all like LoL should run fine on it.
