Ibm thinkpad pass word reset commands

I am unable to log into my computer as my old password is not working and my finger print access is not allowing access. All I have is a black screen asking me for the unlock code.

There are no commands. Either remember the password or ask the person you took it from for their password as well as one of their fingers so you can make that work too.

If your old password is not working is because it is not the password of this laptop. Also if your finger print is not working, it is because it is not the one of this laptop. Do not bother asking anything else. Thank you.
