ID and block online game harassers

Hey,

I play on old online WWI sim and I run a small server. Prob is that a**holes come in and bomb their own targets teamies and say things like a**hole without the **. They can be ejected by the server manager (if he happens to be flying at the same time) by him leaving the game, maximizing the related dos window and typing eject ("A**hole") thus booting the bum. Unfortunately, the "A" comes back in with some bizarre combination of letters impossible to follow, so you are stuck with him. Is there a software out there that could monitor IP addresses and convert them to the corresponding "name", which would allow a block or boot with a keystroke? Sorry I cant talk tech, cause I am just an old biplane flier. Can anyone help?

Wow, that's an old game
Fun, though.

Anyhow, I can't think of anything that would do that. Your best bet would be to make a mod/script for the server software. That'd be tricky at best for a game that old, though.
