hi - I have lenovo ideapad 320 15lsk - i3 6th gen processor
is it replacement with a better processor?

Laptop processors are usually soldered onto the mainboard and are therefore not replaceable separately. Your ideapad is no exception.
The storage device and RAM can be exchanged easily.
