Identifying blocked calls

Is there anyway to get a hold the number of a person that is calling you under a restricted or blocked number? I wish to identify and stop these pesks from calling me. I would prefer to handle it on my own and look up the numbers if I can. However, if that isnt possible I understand, I'm sure I can block them.

Your best option is with the help of the phone company since they carry more clout. What you do is write down the time and date that the call takes place and they can easily track that number down. They are also better equipped to deal with prank cals.
If your talking abou telemarketers then all you have to do is sign up to the do not call list.
