if i configurate obs to cut the black bars of a ultrawide record, the video will be with no black bars? sorry for my english

I have a ultrawide monitor and i want to upload videos with 21:9 resolution but i want my viewers have the experience of ultrawide with no black bars on 16:9 screens.

TVs have aspect ratio controls that would allow you to stretch or crop video to fit the screen without bars. To my knowledge monitors don't. You might be able to change the aspect ratio in your video control panel but I don't know how the monitor would respond.
Otherwise you would have to crop the video with a video editor before showing it..
