This one you suggested will be great.

Difference: SSHD (solid state hard drive = faster boot), Windows 8.1 instead of Windows 10 (which will be a free upgrade anyways), and no thunderbolt port.

Same dimensions and weight.

If you don't have any device using thunderbolt, don't mind upgrading to Windows 10 (very easy), and want a little snappier HDD, go with the cheaper of the two.

To be honest, I don't know why the one with Windows 8.1 is cheaper. 8GB SSD is wrong. There is no SSD. It is 8GB for cache which is used for storing what the user commonly uses so the next time the user clicks on that program, it will load faster. So the correct hard drive on that one is 1 TB SSHD with 8GB Cache. SSHD is the hybrid drive which is like a combination of an original HDD and an SSD.

Personally, I would get the cheaper one. Same specs. You can upgrade the Windows from 8.1 to 10 for free.
