I want to buy a costum pc, it aint nesseseraly for gaming. i want to use it for 3d software like Maya and Cinema 4d I have 1200 Dollar.

Durability is key for renderings builds as they don't have to be upgraded for a while. I would look for ECC memory which can be vital for rendering and also an Nvidia Quadro or AMD Firepro render card.
