I'm locked out of facebook. I've done everything they asked. How do I get back in ?

I just described how I'm locked out of Facebook. Please help.

You'll need to wait for them to do it, if they do.

Whatever you do, do not just create a new account. This gets admins very annoyed, and it's likely that they'll lock both permanently and stop you creating any new ones.
