I'm locked out of my dell xps 1333 ultrabook

I have a dell xps 1333 latop. It has dell data encryption tool on it. I typed the password in wrong 3 times and it locked me out. I called dell and they weren't any help. Anyone have an ideas on how to get back in?

If you were able to provide proof of ownership, Dell should have helped you. What Dell likely told you was that the data was now lost and that you would have to reload the system. Is that correct?

I understand, but i did provide proof of ownership. I spoke to dell data protection team and they told me that i would have to reload the system, but that didn't work either. If you can help i can give service tag number and prove it's my computer.
