I'm lost in my internet options

I couldn't go to one my favorite sites so i went into internet options,thinking if i changed some things it would work.WRONG!Now i have lost IE for the internet and don't know how to change everything back to normal.Is there a format i can go by to put it back normal?If so please tell me

System restore should be able to reset your TCP/IP configuration back to what it was before you changed the settings.

Click on:

Start > All Programs > Accessories > System tools > System Restore.

In this window select "Restore my computer to an earlier time" then click next.

Select a restore point prior to the changes you made.

Click OK then confirm.

This should hopefully give you back your internet connectivity.
