I'm not seeing create a reset disk after I clicked user account

I'm on a Linux machine at the moment but I think they may have moved it into the Settings section>Accounts. It should show up when you click the Start button and scroll up a couple of entries.

If this is Win 10, you would see it under Update & Security.

If you're trying to create the laptop manufacturers reset disk, that would be vendor specific as to how to invoke this function.

My bad? When you made reference to User Accounts, I assumed a password reset disk.
