Im stuck between an I7 3rd Gen or I5 4th gen in a laptop?

Im stuck between an I7 3rd Gen or I5 4th gen in a laptop?? My general use is:

Basic gaming like Football Manager, Sims.
Youtube in 1080p when possible
Web browsing with quite a lot of tabs open
Microsoft Office for work

Obviously not all at the same time except for web browsing.
Also is Intel graphics 4400 enough?

Intel HD Graphics 4000 or better should treat you just fine. Be sure to look up the recommended system requirements for the game(s), though (I'm assuming that if something more demanding, like Dead Space 3, will at least run just fine on low settings on a 2450M with Intel HD graphics 3000, then your games should run well on a better CPU with a better iGPU).

Avoid the processors with the "U" suffix if you can; those are low voltage chips and will not give you as good of performance. They are not intended for gaming.
