Im stuck in Aptio Utility Setup

hi my name is hailey im 13 and i have a Transformer Book T100TA me and my friend were playing football and the football hit my laptop i thought it was done for good but it came on and went straight to Aptio Utility Setup i cant get it out i can turn it off but it will go straight back when i turn it on i know nothing about this stuff and i had alot of important stuff on my laptop please HELP

The hard drive may have been jarred lose, it seems like it's not seeing a bootable device and is trying to run the restore.
First thing to do is reseat the hard drive in the case. And note any messages you see when the system comes up like "no boot device found".
