I'm torn between so much

I just built my computer and I'm using 1 monitor and a junk keyboard with junk headphones that don't work half the time and a good mouse. These are the options I have to get:

I don't know what to start with. My keyboard is ok for now, so I was thinking if I should get another monitor or replace my headphones. BTW I do YouTube and Twitch streaming so I have a nice microphone. I would really like to have a second monitor because I can either read chat or play the game; not both. But on the other hand my headphones are just some cheap ones so sometimes I can't even hear the game. I'm torn between all of this stuff and I don't know what to get first. Please help.
