I have a Comcast cable box and it's hooked up to my LG flat-screen TV model number 55 l h 5 7 5 0 and I'm trying to connect my DVD VCR dual deck made by Go video model number DVR 4 000

Do you have external speakers or are u using the TV's built-in speakers? and if external please post precised make/model of this audio system.

Your TV has a shared composite component video input. Connect the DVD-VCR with composite av cables and set the TV menu to composite.
