Improve sprint service

Just got new service and new contract with Sprint. Service is terrible. My iphone works great. Any ideas on Inproving data and cell service??

I have Sprint. I get no coverage at my apartment. I called them, and they sent an "Airave" unit - essentially a tiny cell tower with the range of about one building, that connects through your internet. They didn't charge me anything for it.

If your problem is limited to your home, this is an option.

If your problem is not limited to your home, you may need to change carriers.
