In need of a laptop, for gaming & personal use with specific criteria

Must Haves(s):
Removable battery (I don't want to have to send it off to get serviced for something simple)
Able to access the HDD/SSD & RAM to upgrade

Would Enjoy:
Atleast or Equal to Nvidia 950M (GPU is rarely upgrade-able)
Atleast or Equal to Intel i5/Appropriate Generation (CPU is rarely upgrade-able)
- Essentially play games like Fallout 4 on High with 30 FPS
Battery life of 4+ hours
14 to 16 inch screen
DVD Reader/Optical Drive

Vaguities:
Plan to keep the laptop at-least for 3-4 years
I would appreciate it if it had a good cooling system.
Audio systems mean nothing to me because headphones.
Anti-glare or IPS would be nice

If you can find somethings slightly above budget I'd be willing to listen, I like Dell's but any brand with good reliability will work.
