In need of advice

It's been a few years and my phone has worked well for a long time but its getting old so i've decided to finally retire it.
And so the time has come for me to get a new phone.

My budget ranges from 200-300 euro though i dont mind going a bit higher if its absolutely worth it.

The phones that caught my interest so far are
LG P700 Optimus L7 (239 euro)
Huawei U9508 Ascend G615 (289 euro)
Samsung I9105P Galaxy SII Plus (299 euro)

But i dont really have a clue when it comes to phones.
And i'd like some advice.

I'm looking for a phone with the best camera that it can have for my budget range
Mostly use it for internet browsing, playing some games and taking pictures.

I'm leaning towards the galaxy s2 plus at the moment.

Have you consider the Galaxy S3? I am not sure if the pricing on Amazon Europe websites are right, but I can't believe that it costs around 400 euros... And, I did a few research, and found the LG Optimus L7 II P710 quite appealing too.
