incomplete hard reset issue

Rca tablet isn't completely hard resetting. I have tried several times to hard /factory reset and the tablet still keeps saying there is a google account associated with the device and won't let me go any further because my daughter doesn't remember what email she used to start it up out of the box.. How can i make this reset also ?

If all she can remember was the e-mail address, it doesn't matter if the password is wrong.

That will trigger the Forgot Password trail and they might send her a mail or a SMS message with a security code to inut and change the password.

Will the phone not accept a second mail setup?

It's a brand new tablet that's not resetting. She doesn't have a phone to send any links to. She doesn't remember the email she used so we have no idea how to get.it to bypass this. I need to know why it's not hard resetting properly to get that email out of the system.

Can you get into Settings>Accounts>E-mail, tap and hold the e-mail account and a Remove Account button should appear.
