Solved! Inconstant high pitched noise in headset and microphone

Hello,

I've been getting this high pitched noise that comes and goes ever since I've moved.

I can hear it through my headset and it can be heard on my microphone too(Sennheiser Game ONE) , they are both plugged in through jacks but I'm not sure that it's a hardware issue since it wasn't there before I moved, and since I've also had this before once, when I moved here temporarily even tho it was with a different headset and microphone(HyperX Cloud 2) plugged through jack also.

I have no idea how I could solve this or even find where it comes from.

Any ideas or guidance as to how to solve this?

Try using a different power outlet, also try using a good quality power strip or even a power conditioner or UPS.

In some countries, you can rephase the power by turning the power outlet 180 degrees.
