Incorrect passphrase key

i had lost internent connection on my laptop and have had assistance from advent to a certain stage, now i need to input my user name and passphrase key..my husband changed it from admin..is there any way of overiding this, linksys can't help me?

Reset the router. The manual should cover how to do this.
