Increase storage on split drives

I have a sony vaio laptop with split drives the C drive having 30gb for program's and the D drive having 120gb. Can I transfer extra storage to the C drive to increase it?

It's a physical drive and you cannot add extra to it. Why not just put it in the D drive?

EaseUS Partition Master can change the partition size, but make a backup first as there is some danger in doing anything to the partitions. http://www.easeus.com/partition-manager/
