Insignia dvd player home theater

Hello,how do I unlock the code for my insignia dvd player. I am unable to play any dvds because is asking me for a code. Do I need to reset it and how do I do this task?

i dont see how you expect anybody to give you an answer.
most people dont need region code changes.
and those that do, i suspect some of them will learn about the chip that holds that information and how it doesnt like being written too more than a couple times.
